Why Masturbation Coaching?


So much of our life is expressed in masturbation:

    how much time we (can) take for ourselves what fantasies we have what access we have to our emotions or to what extent we compensate for them with what (sometimes painful) beliefs about self-love or pornography we grew up with

It can be a very valuable exploration to look at one's habits, preferences, motivations, and attitudes towards masturbation.


Through Mindful Masturbation Coaching, I provide you with valuable suggestions to become aware of your patterns and, if you like, to consciously try out new things in order to challenge your erotic self, rediscover it and solve blockages, e.g. by inviting:

    masturbating in front of a mirror or camera, deliberately not touching genius(t)ials, masturbating standing up

I work with techniques from Orgasmic Yoga (according to Joseph Kramer), Lucid Masturbation (according to David Schnarch) and trauma-informed self-massage (according to Resmaa Menakem).

How does that go?


    in an initial consultation we find out how you feel about your current self-love practice and what you would like to change or look at more closely together we define intentions and I give you tools to try out at home over a period of 3 weeks you arrange 3 dates with yourself to discuss the intention (if it is valuable for your learning, I can also witness you on one of these dates) after each date you send me a short summary by mail in an evaluation meeting we analyze what we have learned together, celebrate, mourn or simply "just" acknowledge it
